Founded in 1995 by Eric SCHAHL and Franck SOUTOUL, INLEX has grown rapidly and now plays a leading role in the area of Intellectual Property both nationally and internationally.
Starting with an initial staff of two, the firm now has 55 people working in Paris and at our regional offices in Bordeaux, Nantes, Cannes, Reims, Beaune and La Rochelle, as well as our international offices in Monaco, Mauritius, Cameroon and Hong Kong.
INLEX has chosen to specialize in the area of protection, defence and promotion of projects involving the creation of trademarks, designs, copyrights, domain names, commercial and marketing concepts, and in the area of unfair competition. Since its creation, the firm has consciously excluded patents from its areas of expertise.

As registered agents in France (INPI), in the European Union (EUIPO) and internationally (WIPO), we are able to work internationally thanks to our network of experts.
